Rose City Transportation reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to end any service at any time.

GENERAL

To receive any estimates on service, requirements of service must be provided to Rose City Transportation. This includes addresses, number of stops, approximate wait times, etc. Each estimate is based on information provided and may be altered based on new information. Passengers who are intoxicated, acting erratically, hostile, or otherwise cause safety concern for drivers will be asked to leave the vehicle immediately. No refunds will be given for trips ended early due to passenger behavior. Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian, passengers 20 years old or younger must have trips booked for them by an adult or legal guardian over the age of 21.

PAYMENTS

After estimate is approved, a tentative appointment will be made and invoicing will be sent. Clients have 48 hours to pay invoices before forfeiting their time slot. Invoices can be paid with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashapp, or Apple Pay via Square. Invoicing will include price of service and an administration fee, gratuity is not included.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

All appointment services will be finalized as payment is received. If a cancellation is required, a 30% cancellation fee will be taken and the rest of the payment refunded in 7-10 days. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will not be refunded or credited. In the event of a flight delay or cancellation that is out of the clients hands, the client may move services one time at no charge where there is availability.

AIRPORT TRANSPORT

Rose City Transportation provides transportation service to all airports in the continental United States. Flat rate fees for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Dallas Love Field (DAL), Shreveport Reigonal (SHV), George Bush Intercontinental Airpot (IAH), and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) are available for trips originating or ending within the city limits of Tyler, Texas. Trips originating/ending outside the city limits of Tyler are subjected to separate rates. Flat rate fees include tolls, distance, time, and parking. Other fees outlined in the

FEES

Rose City Transportation reserves the right to charge for additional services, including but not limited to additional stops, wait time, car seat storage, additional mileage, destination changes, cleaning fees, etc. Fees are outlined in our Fee Schedule and can be discussed prior to invoicing.
